CAMPING QUESTIONS

Can I bring my dog?
Dogs are welcome to stay on the campsite and are charged at £5 per night. Dogs must not be left unattended in cars or tents and must be kept on a lead at all times.  All fouling must be collected and disposed of appropriately.  Please avoid letting dogs urinate on tents, picnic benches, play equipment etc, we have lots of lovely hedgerows for them to empty themselves on!  The farm has public footpaths crossing it which you can access.

Well behaved dogs are allowed into the main park on a lead and along our Riverside Trail. We just ask that owners are considerate of other park users and keep dogs off and away from play equipment and don’t allow them to distress our animals.

How large are the pitches?
Explorer Tent – approximately 10m x 15m incl. parking for 1 car and your very own Dining Awning.

Please register with the site warden upon arrival at the reception area, where you will be checked in contactless.

Can we use a barbecue?
Visitors are welcome to use their own free-standing barbecues/ disposables, these must be raised off the grass. Please note that wood fires and fire pits are not permitted unless booked through us. Fire pits (incl. wood starter pack) can be added to your booking for £11 per night.

Can I pick my own pitch?
You can select the type of pitch and area in advance but not the exact location.

How many people can camp on one pitch?
Up to six people can camp per pitch.

Can we have more than 6 people on a pitch?
Unfortunately not, due to safety requirements. If your booking is for more than 6 people, you would need to book another pitch.

More than one pitch? (Friends and Family also staying.)
If you want multiple pitches next to each other, you will have to book these all at the same time as our booking system books pitches out in numerical order. Please note all government guidance must be adhered to at all times.

Does my booking include entry to the Adventure Park?
All booking in 2021 include access to the adventure park from your check-in to your check-out time. Should you wish to access before or after these times you will be required to purchase a day entry ticket which you can book on our usual website or in person if it’s an impromptu decision.

What activities can we use inside the Park?
During opening hours you have the whole park at your disposal. In the evening you will still have open access to all outdoor accessible areas, including our “On The Deck bar”, Outdoor play areas and trails.

How can I get in touch with you?
Please email helpdesk@avonvalley.co.uk

Can I drive to and from my pitch?
Clover Meadow & Base Camp has access 24hrs. Please restrict all driving to 5mph and have hazard lights on while journeying near campers. Should you wish to come and go from site freely with your car may we suggest you park your car in the top park carparks.

If we are camping will the normal park be open?
We may open the park to a limited number of pre-booked guests, but they will not be able to access the camp field.
Also, they will only be in the park between 10am & 4.30pm.

(Please note the park will be open for a number of day visitors, they will not be allowed to access the camping areas, but we strongly recommend that you do not leave any valuables unattended at any time as per any tented campsite in the UK.)
