You will be asked at point of booking to select an arrival time slot, this is to help with staggered arrivals and queue avoidance.

Standard Entry

Adult: £14.95

Child: £14.95 (2yrs – 16yrs)

Toddler: £8.95 (Under 2 years old and walking)

Babes in Arms: FREE

Registered Carer assisting full paying disabled guest: £1.50 (Proof of ID such as a Rainbow or Pink card from your local carers centre will be required on arrival)

The following discounts will apply –
 
Book up to 4 Weeks before = £4 discount per ticket.
Book up to 2 Weeks before = £2 discount per ticket.
Book up to 1 Week before  = £1 discounts per ticket.
Book within 2 days and pay standard entry.

 

Limited Numbers – Since the very beginning we have remained firm in our commitment to only open when we felt it was safe and sensible to do so and with the highest standards of ‘Covid Care’ in place.  We’ve been working really hard to keep abreast of the changing rules to ensure we can offer an amazing day out, within safe parameters.  We are now operating with restricted capacities, so only customers who have a prebooked tickets will be permitted entry on any day.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Tickets – All tickets must be pre-booked so we can conform to the government track and trace policy. No guests will be able to just arrive and enter on the day without prebooked tickets.  Please be patient with our team who are working and have worked incredibly hard to keep going through this difficult time.   Our team are monitoring our site and may remind customers of their responsibilities on social distancing guidelines if they are in large groups.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Staying Safe – Please do not visit the park if you or any of your bubble have any of the main symptoms of coronavirus (COVID-19) which are:

  1. A high temperature – this means you feel hot to touch on your chest or back (you do not need to measure your temperature)
  2. A new, continuous cough – this means coughing a lot for more than an hour, or 3 or more coughing episodes in 24 hours (if you usually have a cough, it may be worse than usual)
  3. A loss or change to your sense of smell or taste – this means you’ve noticed you cannot smell or taste anything, or things smell or taste different to normal

If you, a member of your household or someone you have come into contact with has experienced symptoms of COVID-19 in the last 10 days you must not enter the park.

You will be given an arrival time when booking, it is vital that you stick to this time as we have carefully moderated capacities to ensure safe social distancing.

Please have your ticket barcode open and ready to scan, this can be printed or on a mobile device.

We will continue to have extra hand-sanitiser/hand-wash stations at the entrances, exits and at regular stops around the site. We will also operate an increased cleaning schedule.

Please note that it is compulsory to wear a face covering in our undercover animal barn, gift shop and toilets.  You don’t need to wear a face covering if you have medical reasons. Young children under 11 also don’t need to wear one.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Food and Beverage – Our award winning friends Passion & Smoke will be serving up some of the tastiest street food in the South-West from their vintage trailer.  They have a mouthwatering selection of meat and plant based food, find a menu selection here. Our ice cream hut and other small snack areas will also be open. On selected events the “On The Deck Bar” will be open serving a selection of refreshments and local alcoholic beverages for you to enjoy.
