Park Opening in August!

We are jumping for joy! We are really delighted to release pre-booked tickets for day entry to the park from August 1st.

Following the success of our contactless Drive Thru Mini Jeep Safari (where we gave away over 4,200 FREE family passes) we feel confident to move to the next phase of our reopening.

The park will be open on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays through August between 11am – 3pm.

We are limiting the number of guests per day with staggered arrival times and implementing the following changes and procedures to ensure safety to guests and our fantastic team.

The changes include:

• Daily visitor numbers will be capped to ensure that not only does the Farm adhere to Government guidelines, but to also ensure guests can safely distance themselves during their visit.
• There will be some changes to the facilities that will be open, especially those that are more difficult to adapt to allow social distancing. We hope to phase these areas back in as soon as possible, once Government guidelines permit and we are confident that the systems are in place to ensure that necessary health and safety requirements can be met.
• New signage and wayfinding can be found to ensure safe social distancing. Designated queuing and distancing markers are around the farm, to encourage guests to adhere to necessary distances from other customers and staff. This will be particularly present in any queuing areas, at till points, within bathrooms and other areas where guests could gather.
• One-way systems will be implemented in certain areas. This will further assist guests in ensuring that necessary distances can be maintained between one another. One-way systems will be present within bathrooms and at food collection points.
• Avon Valley will be a contactless site. Guests will be able to gain admission, make purchases, and collect food and beverages, without making contact with any staff.
• Protective Perspex screens will be at all staff and guests till and interaction points, to provide further confidence to guests and staff alike.

We are unable to open the Indoor Playbarn, Rowing Boats, Tractor Ride or Woodland Kitchen.

 

To comply with the government’s track and trace system, all tickets must be pre-booked so please do not just turn up on the day as we will not be able to grant you access.

Please do not visit if you or anyone in your household or bubble are feeling unwell.

Please make sure you socially distance and are respectful of others when on our site.

Please take hygiene precautions when you are outside and carry hand sanitizer.

Wash your hands on arrival at the park and when passing hand washing stations around the park.

Keep at least 2 metres apart from anyone outside your household or support bubble where possible, or at least one metre with precautions such as wearing a face mask.
