The Riverside Trail is flooded!

Easter is early this year but my word! The weather just won’t let up will it?  Despite opening The Riverside Trail for the Easter Holidays we have had to close it again today due to the water level being too high!  The Riverside Trail along a section of the River Avon between Bath and Bristol is a floodplain so we always have to put the safety of our visitors first when coming to our farm attraction.

The Riverside Trail will reopen once the water level has dropped and the land has dried out so it is safe under foot.  Keep an eye on our Facebook page as we will notify you there as soon as it is open again.  In the meanwhile, this is what it looked like today!

There are still lots of indoor activities for you to enjoy so don’t let the weather put you off visiting!  There are lots of baby animals to meet in the animal handling barn and undercover Easter crafts.  There is also our award winning playbarn to tire the children out on a rainy day!  Full details of all our Easter activities can be found HERE.
